  • Fill in the application form using CAPITAL LETTERS, providing your accurate personal data and contact information


  • Choose the category (A, B or C) for which you wish to apply and the number of instruments for this category you wish to submit


  • Indicate your current school or the school you have graduated from


  • Write a short biography


  • For category B, send a document proving your enrolment at a violin making school or a diploma indicating that you have graduated within the past three years


  • Pay your application fee

  • Send the application form with the the proof of payment to the address:


  • Repeat this process for each category you wish to submit


and deliver on October 20-21, 2019



  • Make sure your instrument is anonymous: there is no label, no signatures or signs of any kind that could indicate your identity

  • Make sure your violin has a case


  • Include a sealed envelope containing:

    • your full name

    • your address

    • place and year of construction of the violin

    • original violin label


  • Include an unsealed envelope containing an additional set of strings for each violin
